Locum | Physician Psychiatry

7 on/7 off schedule -- 8:30am-5pm with night call
12 patients per day with 2-4 daily admissions
Inpatient psychiatric unit with adult patients ages 18-55
Average length of stay 4-6 days
Experience with involuntary commitments and crisis intervention
Skills in seclusion, restraints, and involuntary medication management
Substance abuse treatment experience required
ACLS preferred -- BLS accepted
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
